One system for 15 stores, two companies and every report in between

A US operator running retail stores, production and distribution across two companies was tracking inventory, sales and finance in disconnected tools and spreadsheets. We built the platform the whole team now works from.

  • One app for web, iOS and Android, used by staff and management
  • 18 report screens for inventory, production and sales, with drill-downs
  • Integrations with point of sale, QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook and Teams, and the state compliance tracking system
  • Boards, calendar, inbox and team chat in one place

An employee wellbeing and coaching platform with AI practice built in

A wellbeing company needed its employee programs in its own product instead of a third-party event platform, in Arabic and English, with data kept in the region.

  • Flutter app for iOS and Android: 12-week guided journeys, missions, surveys and coach booking
  • AI conversation practice on Amazon Bedrock, with a safety layer that detects distress
  • Next.js admin for companies: cohorts, Excel invites, moderation and push notifications
  • NestJS API on AWS (ECS Fargate, RDS Postgres, SES), all infrastructure in Terraform, CI and TestFlight pipelines

Go APIs serving millions of users, content ingestion pipelines for a premium video service, Kafka and SQS event pipelines, and services on Kubernetes with Terraform and ArgoCD.

US logistics platformReal-time data warehouse

AI validation and Terraform automation for a real-time MySQL to Redshift warehouse. Caught 3 money columns silently loading as empty, cut table onboarding from 1 to 2 hours to about 10 minutes, found ~2 TB of reclaimable storage, and built an ops console for lag, drift and revenue reconciliation.

Engineering analytics SaaSAI insights proof of concept

Knowledge graph and LLM insights on AWS. 74× fewer database hits on the core query (115 ms to 37 ms across 64,862 commits), AI narration that only uses computed figures, and infrastructure at about $55 a month.

AI chat platformSecurity and features

Full source security audit with 20 findings, 3 critical. Built bring-your-own-key login, a per-user OAuth engine for Google Workspace tools with encrypted token storage, and hands-free voice.

Shipping analytics companyData platform as code

Rebuilt the production data platform as code in a separate account: 93 pipeline flows from 3 reusable modules, keyless CI/CD with GitHub OIDC, a parity audit across ~110 resources, and 3,892 SQL statements validated.

Multi-tenant B2B SaaSAzure to AWS migration

AWS landing zone with Control Tower across 19 accounts, guardrail policies, break-glass access, and CI with a disaster-recovery path. Found 76% of a security tooling bill running in ungoverned regions.
